Pattern Notes
Throughout the pattern I will refer to the plain yarn as Yarn A and the variegated yarn as Yarn B. I selected yarn B randomly throughout the pattern.
- Pattern is written in UK terminology.
- Special Stitches
- 2 Loop Puff (a puff stitch made of only 2 loops)- insert hook, pull up a loop, yarn over (3 loops on hook), insert hook, pull up a loop, yarn over (5 loops on hook), complete stitch. Chain 1 to close.
- V-Stitch - treble crochet, chain 1 treble crochet into the same stitch.
- DC - double crochet (US sc)
- HTC - half double crochet (US hdc)
- TC - Treble crochet (US dc)
- DTC - Double treble crochet (US tc)
- T2Tog - Treble 2 together (US d2tog)
- BPDC - Back post double crochet (US BPSC)
- Popcorn - 5tc into the same space joining the 1st and 5th stitch together
