Round 1 - Yarn A
Depending on preference either make a magic circle or a chain 4 ring. Chain 1 (doesn’t count as a stitch) and do 12 dc into the ring. Join to 1st dc with a slip stitch. Do not cut yarn. (12 dc into ring)
Round 2 - Yarn A
Chain 1 (doesn’t count as a stitch, 2 loop puff stitch into 1st dc, chain 1. Repeat 11 more times and join to the 1st puff stitch with a slip stitch (12 2 loop puff stitches, 12 chain 1)
Round 3 - Yarn B
Into each puff stitch and chain 1 space do 1dc, join with ss to 1st dc (24 dc)
Round 4 - Yarn A
Into any stitch join with a standing tc, 1tc into same stitch, chain 1, skip stitch, into next stitch do 2 tc. Repeat 10 more times, join to 1st tc with ss (24 tc, 12 chain 1)
Round 5 - Yarn B
Join with dc into 1st of any 2 tc pair, dc into next tc, dtc into stitch skipped from round 4, dc into next 2 tc, dtc into next skipped stitch from round 4. Repeat 10 more times and join to 1st dc with ss. (12 dtc, 24 dc)
Round 6 - Yarn A
Join into any stitch with a dc, dc in next 7 stitches, 2 dc into next stitch, dc into next 8 stitches, 2 dc into next stitch, dc into next 8 stitches, 2 dc into next, dc into next 8 stitches, 2 dc into last, join with ss to 1st dc (40 dc) – the work will likely cup at this point
Round 7 - Yarn B

Join into any dc which was made into a dtc from round 5 with a standing tc, into the same stitch do another tc, chain 2 and 2tc (creating corner), *tc into next stitch, htc into next 2 stitches, dc into next 3 stitches, htc into next 2 stitches, tc into next stitch, 2tc chain 2 2tc into next stitch (creating corner)*. Repeat * * 3 more times excluding final corner and join to 1st tc with ss. (4 corners of 2tc chain 2 2tc, 8 tc, 16 htc, 12 dc)
Round 8 - Yarn A
Into any corner do 2dc, chain 2, 2dc. Dc into the next 11 stitches, repeat to end (4 corners of 2dc chain 2 2dc, 44 dc)
Round 9 - Yarn B
Join into any corner with 2 tc, chain 2, tc, 1tc in next 15 stitches, repeat 3 more times (4 corners of 2tc chain 2 2tc, 68tc)
Round 10 - Yarn A
Into any corner do tc, chain 2, tc. *Chain 1 and skip 1st stitch, into next stitch do t2tog, chain 1, repeat 9 more times. TC chain 2 tc into next corner*, repeat * to * 3 more times and join to 1st tc with ss. (4 corners of tc chain 2 tc, 40 2tctog, 44 chain 1 spaces)
Round 11 - Yarn B
Into any corner do 2dc chain 2 2dc. 1 dc into each of the next 23 stitches and chain spaces, repeat to end and join to 1st dc with ss. (4 corners of 2dc chain 2 2dc, 92 dc)
